We are hiring a Full-time/Part-time legal assistant for our fast growing law firm. This postion is hybrid, but mostly remote. Candidates should have some experience with California PI and workers' compensation law. The job includes scheduling appointments, preparing clients for depositions, conducting intakes with new clients, preparing agreements, answering phone calls, requesting medical records, and case management. Candidates should feel comfortable with assisting with discovery, pre litigation matters, and filing work comp pleadings. It is a dynamic office so we need a candidate with attention to detail and who can work under pressure. Spanish speaker is preferred.
