Skills & Requirements
2 years of experience in an office setting
Highly organized, detailed oriented with ability to spot typos and correct them quickly
Ability to understand and deconstruct ideas and tasks
Self-starter with ability to multitask, follow instructions, and get work done on time
Team player with good communication skills
Willingness to always ask clear questions in order to find solutions
Resourceful and takes initiative
Billingual (Spanish) speaking a major plus!
General Office Administration
General Reception: answering phones, scheduling appointments, confirmation calls, etc.
Drafting Letters
Calendaring Appointments
Ensureing proper working order of printers and scanners; installing updates
Keeping all office supplies, materials and printer ink stocked
Assisting in general office needs as necessary
Estate Plan Duties
Printing & Preparing documents under direction of Client Services Coordinator
Assembling completed estate plans and preparing them for Signing
Scanning documents
Organizing all documents electronically
Software Knowledge Requirements
Microsoft Office: proficient in basic word processing
Google Suite
Adobe Acrobat
General CRM knowledge
Mac Proficiency a plus
Typing skills at 60wpm

25-30 hours to start - moving to full time (32-40 hours) once trained
