Our law firm provides a combination of legal and strategic business services to a wide range of clients. We currently have a position available for a business-transaction attorney with three to six years experience to join our firm as an Associate.
Requirements:
Seeking an attorney with broad based experience in privacy and data governance policies, standards and practices, including compliance with laws in the U.S. and globally.
Drafting, negotiating, and managing the contracting process for a full range of contracts, including customer agreements, commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, distribution agreements, service agreements, and supplier contracts.
Must be admitted to the California State Bar in good standing. Some remote work available but 2-3 days is required in the office.
We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience, including a starting salary in the range of $160,000 to $200,000, along with a generous bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.
