Job Title: Associate Real Estate Attorney
Location: Richmond, CA (Ace California Law – hybrid)
Schedule: 4 day work week

We focus on HOA law, real estate litigation, easement and encroachment disputes, mortgage and lending fraud, residential and commercial real estate. Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of real estate legal matters, including transactional and litigation work in:
HOA law and compliance
Real estate litigation
Easements, encroachments & boundary disputes
Mortgage and lending fraud
Residential and commercial real estate deals
Draft, review, and negotiate:
Purchase agreements, leases, deeds, easement agreements
HOA-related contracts and governing documents
Conduct due diligence and resolve title, lien, and boundary issues
Represent clients in HOA disputes, lender fraud cases, encroachment conflicts, and real estate lawsuits
Manage closings, coordinate with title companies, escrow, lenders, and clients
Maintain client communications, track case progress, and meet filing or closing deadlines
Collaborate with firm leadership to expand business and community outreach
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from ABA or Cal accredited law school
Active CA Bar membership, in good standing
Minimum 3 years of practice in real estate law, including litigation and transactional work
Demonstrated experience in at least two of the core practice areas (HOA law, easement/boundary issues, mortgage/lending fraud, real estate litigation)
Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Organized, self driven, and capable of managing multiple matters
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a client service mentality!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000-150,000 per year
Schedule: Four day work week (e.g., Monday–Thursday)
Billable Requirement: 1,550 hours annually
Paid Vacation: 10 business days annually
