Busy, boutique litigation firm seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years’ civil litigation experience. This is an in-office position. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the files assigned to you. Your experience should include taking and defending depositions, court appearances, discovery, motions, and trial prep. Excellent legal writing required. Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience with Clio a plus but not required. You will work up the file from inception to mediation, settlement, and/or trial, including the retention of experts as needed. Insurance defense experience preferred but not required.
