An ideal attorney candidate will have 3-5 years of family law litigation experience in California. Candidates will be expected to be self-starters capable of managing an active litigation caseload under supervision of the firm's four partners. Exceptional writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics of a qualified candidate for this position. MTSA manages a diverse caseload but specializes in complex, high asset, and high conflict dissolutions. Ideal candidates will have experience managing similar cases.
Successful candidates will be assigned a caseload and will be responsible for all aspects of their cases including but not limited to communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts; drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; and preparing for and attending hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
