A San Francisco-based law firm seeks a part-time attorney for its thriving landlord-tenant practice. The firm represents landlords, property owners and property managers on an array of matters, including residential and commercial evictions and tenant buyouts.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
3-4+ years’ experience in landlord-tenant law, rent control, and unlawful detainer practice
Litigation experience is preferred
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, collegial team environment, working closely with other attorneys and staff to achieve client goals
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Case management from initial filing through trial
Court appearances (via Zoom or travel), Law and motion
Conduct legal research
Draft and file legal documents
Manage and facilitate the Discovery process
Maintain accurate and organized case files
