We have vacancies on our team for a Window Washer/Utility Person to work in the Richmond- & East Bay area. Full Time.
Skills and Qualifications
The job entails washing windows, utilizing both the conventional window washing method and the Tucker Pole method.
Must be able to climb ladders for multi-story work
Able to operate a power washer
Be able to follow instructions
Perform minor repairs
Pick up trash and haul it to designated dumpsites
Valid California Driver’s License
Good Communication skills
Ability to lift and move at least 50 Lbs.
Excellent time management skills
Requirements
CDL or equivalent/pass a Background screening
A clean DMV record is required
High School Diploma (Preferred)
Ability to manage time efficiently
Work well without supervision
Must be 18 years or older
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WINDOW WASHING
Salary
$21.70 – 25.53 per hour. Depends on Experience
