Position for a full -time pressure washer/maintenance worker available.

Monday through Friday 12:00 am to 8:00 am shift.
Servicing the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
Opportunity for growth within the company is possible, including but not limited to; management and sales.
Hourly rate begins at $25/hr (depending on level of experience).
Duties Include:
- Pressure washing
- Commercial cleaning
- Litter removal
- Graffiti abatement
- Window washing
- Emptying trash cans
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles
- Troubleshooting problems
- Effectively communicating with management
Requirements:
- Current California drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Prior power washing/janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable and able to work graveyard shift
- Ability to work with a partner or independently
