Vineyard Worker/Manager/Estate Manager/Worker

We seek a dedicated, self-motivated, energetic, drug-free worker to work and run day-to-day operations at a large and expanding vineyard estate property in Gordon Valley (Between Fairfield and Napa). Experience with Vineyard work is required! Please understand that Vineyard Experience is required for this position. You should have knowledge and experience with vineyard irrigation, pruning, suckering, shoot positioning, and trellis systems. This is a working/Hands-on position, as well as working with and managing others. Driving tractors and general maintenance of vineyard equipment is a plus. Construction equipment operation, Carpentry, electrical, and plumbing experience would also be a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to understand English. Understanding and speaking Spanish is a plus. Depending on experience, the pay range is 28.00-35.00/hr. This is a full-time, Year-round position, NOT a seasonal job.
