We are looking for a painter for interior and exterior apartment buildings. Must be reliable and punctual.
Requirements:
2 years experience
Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction
have hand tools
own transportation to from jobs
masking, caulking, and ladder
Paint with Brush and Roller
Be able to lift 60lbs
Full- time M-F 8am -5pm
Paid holidays

Salary Range $21 - $25 DOE
