(Paver Foreman installer $26.50-29.50/hr): Landscape construction company searching for experienced paver installer foreman for the San Jose area up to mid peninsula. The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge;
Be able to read plans and set up elevations and forms.
Install pavers, travertine, slate, flagstone, bluestone, brick, step treads, etc.
Dry stack walls, block walls, pressure treated walls, stucco walls and pilasters with CMU block.
Forms, rebar, pouring concrete, floating for rat slabs.
Build decks, pergolas, arbors, fences or gates as needed.
Knowledge of bobcat to dig out for hardscape.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not needed.
2-3 Years minimum experience running a crew of 1-2 laborers.
Must have valid drivers license
Position 2
(Driver $23.00-26.00/hr): Landscape construction company searching for a driver to run materials and help with landscaping jobs from San Jose up to mid peninsula.
Fulltime, M-F, with possible overtime and Saturday work.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must be able to drive small dump truck and pull trailers occasionally.
Knowledge of basic landscape materials, mulch, base rock, granite fines, boulders, etc.
Keep truck organized and submit receipts to office for loads delivered or dump tags.
Do walk around of truck to make sure everything is working before starting the day.
