Sonoma Outdoor Escapes is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team! We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, take pride in a job well done, and work well with a team. If you enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of a little hard work, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
Quick learners with a willingness to be trained
Hardworking, dependable, and motivated
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with landscape installations, including planting, stonework, and steel edging
Learning hands-on skills in outdoor construction, gardening, and design
Working on high-end outdoor living spaces, incorporating eco-friendly practices
Collaborating with a team to create beautiful and functional landscapes
No experience? No problem! If you have experience with sports, outdoor activities, or other hands-on work, feel free to include that in your application—it helps us understand your work ethic and strengths.
