1. Perform repair tasks:
Repair doors, locks, door frames and handles
Fix broken fixtures, repair furniture, and handle general building repairs as required
Replace light bulbs, lamps, and sockets to repair blown fuse
2. Perform maintenance tasks:
Paint parking lots and maintain equipment in the building
Address issues in the plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roof and drains
Conduct minor patchwork/touchup to walls or drywalls
3. Perform Assembly/ installation tasks:
Build, install, and reconfigure office cubicle systems and furniture
Assemble and move furniture and heavy items as needed for the installation process in offices and conference rooms
4. Perform Packaging tasks:
Cut cardboard boxes using tools such as utility knife
Assist in packaging and shipping inventory
5. Perform Cleaning tasks:
Clean common areas, offices, bathrooms, kitchen, and other shared spaces in case of spillage in the absence of Janitor
Fix leaks and clogged drains
Clean interior and exterior of window panels
Sweep, scrub or polish floors
6. Assist Facilities Supervisor:
Assist in troubleshooting all mechanical and electrical failures pertaining to facility and equipment
Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience assisting facilities operations if any equivalent experience.
Demonstrate ability to lift variety of weights (35lb – 50lb).
Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and building.
