Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly versatile and dependable Household & Farm Assistant to support our household and homestead operations . The ideal candidate will manage a diverse array of tasks, ensuring efficient operation of our home, homestead, and potentially administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with farm duties, including animal care and light agricultural work such as gardening and composting, contributing to the smooth operation of our small homestead.
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks around the property, addressing any issues promptly.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, bringing the cars for maintenance, and picking up supplies for both the household and homestead.
- Provide administrative support for the family
- Work closely with the family to prioritize and efficiently manage tasks, adapting to evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role involving household management, farm work, or personal assistance
- Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks across different settings and manage administrative duties.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing substantial support.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for errands.
Work Hours:
- Starting at 3-4 hours per day, six days a week.
