The Estate Facilities Maintenance and Supervision position oversees the maintenance and overall functionality of the winery estate. This position ensures that all facilities and grounds, including the tasting room, production area, proprietor’s residence, guest house, and surrounding infrastructure, are in excellent condition. The role requires a combination of general maintenance skills, proactive management of daily operations, vendor interaction, and record-keeping while maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of the estate.

Qualifications
Experience in facility maintenance and caretaking, or a similar role, preferably in a winery, agricultural estate, or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of general maintenance skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, basic construction).
Strong organizational and computer skills with the ability to be a self-starter. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform emergency repairs and maintenance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor tasks.
Valid driver’s license.
First aid/CPR certification is a plus.
