Examples of responsibilities (not limited to those listed below):
1. Interior cleaning:
Wash, scrub, sanitize, mop, dust, and polish all surfaces.
Thorough cleaning of all appliances and closets
Dishwashing, drying, and organizing.
Laundry duties include washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
Cobweb removal.
Clean HVAC registers.
2. Interior organization:
Change, wash, and organize bed and bath linens.
Make beds.
Clean and rearrange furniture and décor as needed.
3. Equipment & inventory:
Maintain housekeeping tools and equipment in top condition.
Organize storage areas for tools and supplies.
Track and manage inventory of cleaning products and supplies.
Basic job requirements:
1. Three years’ experience in luxury estate housekeeping work.
2. Willingness and ability to work early mornings and evenings, weekends and holidays when requested.
3. Must pass a pre-employment physical.
4. Must have the physical stamina and agility to work for 8+ hours a day in various physically demanding positions, such as, but not limited to, standing, crouching, balancing on a ladder, and reaching with hands and arms.
5. Ability to have clear vision of color, peripheral, depth, and adjust focus at close and long distance.
6. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
7. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., or a 9L case of wine.
