Our office provides key human resources consulting and support for small, emerging and mid-size companies. We require an HR Coordinator to support HR-related operations and answer HR related questions and inquiries from employees.
The HR Coordinator will have:
Ability to research and resolve employee issues and questions with support from the Sr. HR Representative
Experience with on-boarding, personnel files, and separations
Have the ability to communicate effectively with management and employees in implementation and adherence to HR processes and policy
Requirements:
Familiarity with State and Federal Labor laws
Spanish Language Skill desired
AA or AS, Bachelor’s degree a plus
1-2 years of HR experience
MS Office Suite
This position requires local travel.
