Baby Builders (BB) Pediatric Therapy Services, a private agency devoted to serving children, birth to three, and their families in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, is currently looking for a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based and in-clinic services for developmentally delayed children from birth to adolescence.

We are seeking to add a qualified and dynamic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) as part of our collaborative team. We offer a competitive salary. New Grads are welcome!
BB’s client therapy services are highly personalized. Therapists deliver services as part of an interdisciplinary team. PT’s receive ongoing training. Pediatric physical therapists will focus on the treatment of children with Down Syndrome, CP, autistic spectrum, gross motor delays, and orthopedic rehab. Our clinic offers the TheraSuit method, intensive physical therapy with the Universal Exercise unit, and fitness programs.

A monthly productivity compensation bonus is available when exceeding targets
Responsibilities include:
Delivering regular therapy treatment
Performing evaluations and ongoing assessments
Writing client reports, treatment plans, and establishing goals
Use of standard PT practices
Participation in collaborative meetings and treatment planning
Skills:
Must be able to work as part of interdisciplinary clinic
Able to effectively administer the DAYC-2, PDMS-2 and BOT-2
Imperative to build a rapport and strong connection with patients, their families, and caregivers
Effective emotional and verbal skills with patients, and families.
Ability to schedule clients on demand and to reschedule clients quickly.
Can effectively manage their caseload.
Familiarity with managing online client folders and reports.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in California
Valid California driver’s license
Certified CPR
TB Test
Experience working with infants/toddlers; young adults is a plus
Spanish fluency is desirable
New Grads are welcome
