We are a family-oriented pediatric dental office in the Bay Area, committed to providing excellent dental care in a fun and caring environment. Our team is passionate about working with children and making their dental experience a positive one. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Receptionist and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and families with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

Maintain patient records and update the office's scheduling system

Verify insurance eligibility and manage claims submissions

Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized

Assist in other office-related tasks as needed

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Responsibilities:

Assist the pediatric dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort

Take and process dental X-rays (digital)

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Provide oral hygiene instructions to children and parents

Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient flow

Maintain accurate patient records and charting

Perform other RDA duties as required

Qualifications for Receptionist:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in a dental office is preferred but not required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications for Registered Dental Assistant:

Valid RDA license in California

CPR certification

Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required

Knowledge of dental X-rays, infection control, and patient management

Ability to work well with children and their families

Strong team player with a positive attitude
