Responsibilities:
Engage in age and ability-appropriate activities to enhance the individual's quality of life.
Provide non-medical, in-home care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals served.
Offer support with daily living needs such as meal preparation, dressing assistance, and personal hygiene care.
Prioritize the emotional and social well-being of the individuals in our care.
Create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere, focusing on having fun!

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age.
Compassionate about helping others.
Respectful, honest, and kind.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Able to commute to Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, or San Jose.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position with varying hours (10-25 per week).
Typical times include afternoons, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
Schedules are matched based on your availability.
Compensation:
Starting from $21.00 per hour.
