At Wayfare Tavern, we take pride in delivering top-notch service in our beautiful turn-of-the-century, four-story building. Our team members are the heart of our success, and we're excited to welcome new talent on board.

We seek a qualified, results-driven, and dedicated manager to join our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have GM/AGM experience and be able to lead our operations while developing and maintaining strong guest relationships. This individual must possess a passion for the industry and the ability to inspire others to excel. Experience in top-rated restaurants, a solid understanding of restaurant planning and daily operations, a strong interest in food and beverage, and excellent client relations skills are essential. Comfort with leading shift service is also key.

The position involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest relations, service training and development, profit generation, and proficiency in software such as Open Table, restaurant POS systems, Google Docs, and more.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance and implementation of staff hiring, training, and development.

- Handling of staff and Human Resource requirements to ensure a successful, positive, and motivating work environment.

- Open and closing duties are required to ensure the operations of the restaurant are handled to company standards.

- Cost control and account responsibility for individual controllable expense accounts relating to restaurant operations.

- Responsible for individual staffing and training for selected service staff departments.

- Cleanliness and organization of FOH areas. Address daily cleanliness operations along with taking action on maintenance problems.
