We are hiring a Front of House Server for Evening Dinner and Day Time shifts. Come join us!
The position is 4 shifts, Wednesday through Saturday, Wednesday and Thursday are day time 8:00 add to 4:15; Friday and Saturday are evening from 3:30pm to 10:30pm. Weekend availability is a must!
Benefits include: equally shared tips (averaging10+/hour), staff meals, and a staff discount. A Health Stipend is provided to full-time employees (30 hours+), plus 2 acupuncture appointments/month. A simple IRA with an employer match is available after 1 year. Hourly wage is dependent on experience ($20/hour base starting).
Our front of the house team is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Both positions include: taking orders at both the counter and tables, running food, serving and conversing about our menu as well as a variety of wines, mixing vermouth-based cocktails and house-made mocktails, and setting and clearing tables. Our menu and wine list holds close to our ethos of delicious sustainability!
You are:
o Experienced: Have at least 1 year restaurant or cafe experience. Familiarity with opening wine and Square POS system a plus!
