West End Tap & Kitchen is a neighborhood restaurant on the Westside of Santa Cruz and we are currently looking for an experienced kitchen manager. We have completed a patio and bar remodel, we're introducing cocktails this summer, and completely revamping the menu. Now is a great time to get on board for the new era of West End.
Currently we have a respectful kitchen environment that aims to put out good and approachable food consistently.
We have a kitchen that is collaborative and friendly. We offer health insurance to full time employees, family meal each shift, tips paid per hour and added to each paycheck, discounts (at both of our restaurants) and are closed most major holidays.
