The first Saison Cellar & Wine Bar is seeking an operationally savvy, strategically minded individual with strong wine knowledge and a proactive attitude to join our team and launch the first official location of Saison Cellar & Wine Bar in San Francisco. This role will be responsible for supporting day to day operations and a consistently rotating 1,000 SKU wine list alongside founder & winemaker Mark Bright, with a realistic 12-month trajectory plan to grow within our expanding group.
Saison Cellar & Wine Bar invites wine lovers, collectors, and anyone thirsty to use the space as an extension of their own home and cellars, and is made up of two distinct spaces.
The Wine Bar will serve up classic French wine bar fare to complement Mark Bright’s very personal wine list, leaning heavily into France but highlighting extraordinary producers in California and beyond.
Next door, The Cellar is a private members club with climate-controlled, luxury personal wine storage in a discreet atmosphere for hosting and tasting.
This is part-time to full-time position.
