Nisei, a Michelin Starred restaurant, seeks a General Manager to join our team. This is Salaried Position.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining, including management experience. Additionally, certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3 is preferred.
Duties include staff scheduling, floor management, wine and sake pairing, and upholding exceptional service standards as well as working the floor of the restaurant. We value humility, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
