About the Job:
Shift Leader
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Shift Lead runs shifts with excellence while executing all restaurant administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, this role must provide the leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustain an acceptable level of day-to-day operations. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
Shift Lead.
The Shift Lead reports to the General Manager and AGM. The responsibilities of Shift Lead is to be able to run the Shift. To make sure all employees are performing their job correctly. Must have completed all Taco Bell training for Shift lead both on-line and hands on. Must be expert in BOH/FOH operations and be able to guide the team for excellent operations. Must have leadership skills and confidence of the RGM to be able to manage the team and run the shift. Must be over 18 years of age and. That they are punching in and out in time. Taking their meal breaks etc in time. To ensure the food is made correctly and with correct speed. Ensure Food Safety, Quality and Accuracy. To take care of guests and resolve any issues. Personally demonstrate that taking care of the Guest is the most important task.
