Uccello Lounge in the heart of Civic Center and the Performing Arts district of San Francisco is seeking experienced servers. We are an events-heavy Lounge with a focus on Mediterranean inspired food, classic cocktails, whiskies, wine, and Jazz music. Uccello Lounge features live music in-house multiple times a week and offers a seasonally rotating menu. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Thursday, and 5pm-11pm Friday and Saturday. This 5pm opening time requires FOH staff to arrive no later than 3pm.
We need candidates to have some fine-dining experience. Bonus points if you can converse easily on whiskies and wine. Mandatory certificates needed are: RBS, Food Handlers, and Sexual Harassment Training.
We implement most fine-dining steps of service but have a somewhat casual environment. It's important for our servers to know how to anticipate guest's needs and wholeheartedly focus on maintaining their tables throughout service. Our team has strong communication and organizational skills so that we can most efficiently fulfill our duties and support one another.
