Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience working with wood-fired ovens.
- Proficiency in stretching and shaping dough by hand.
- Knowledge of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pizzaiolo.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
