SCHEDULE:

Full time, salaried position.

5 days / week, weekends are mandatory.

EXPECTATIONS

All management positions require a balance of leadership, empathy, and grit. Our managers lead our team of fantastic employees to be the best they can be, demand nothing less than the most amazing customer service for our guests, and ensure that every plate that goes out is top quality – all while maintaining a safe, positive, and fun environment. Nothing less is acceptable. This position will also require you to know as much about representing our brand, as you do about being a leader. All managers are required to be proficient in all job positions.

In addition to leading our staff, the Manager is responsible for assisting the GM / Ownership with their duties and performing tasks such as training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining. Administrative duties will consist of hiring, daily paperwork, timecards, payroll, portion control, inventory, and marketing of new menu items.

Outlined below are the performance standards and job duties that are required of managers. The expectations and responsibilities listed here are merely the minimum functions and performance levels that will be required. Managers are expected to perform at these levels on a continuing basis.

Manager Minimum Job Requirements :

HOSPITALITY:

What is the difference between service and hospitality?

Service and hospitality are not the same thing, and their differences aren’t even subtle. Service is simply the technical delivery of a product. Hospitality is how the delivery of that product makes its recipients feel. Service is a monologue. Hospitality is a dialogue. Learn how to anticipate needs, provide solutions, and ask the right questions.

Hospitality includes: being kind and optimistic, having hope, having an intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic, having empathy, having self-awareness, and most importantly having integrity.

Be physically fit and able to walk four to five miles (or more) daily

Be at least 21 years old

Can lift 50 lbs. from the ground and over their head repeatedly

Have no history of breaking state alcohol laws

Able to stand for long periods of time

Work in a hot, humid environment

Normal daily duties will require you to stoop, bend, reach, crouch, sit, walk, and pull

Certified in Level 2 Food Safety
