We are seeking dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager and Sandwich makers to for our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective management of staff, kitchen operations, and customer service to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Oversee staff training programs to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize workflow during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain high standards of food production and kitchen management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the food industry, with a strong background in restaurant management.
- Familiarity with fine dining concepts and banquet service is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations effectively, ensuring quality control in food production.
- Experience with staff training and development initiatives is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is required.
