Assistant Restaurant Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Concord, CA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service. This role involves hiring, training, and managing staff, managing food and beverage inventory, and maintaining high standards in cleanliness and safety. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure the restaurant meets all regulatory requirements. Manager should be familiar with Asian cuisine. Kitchen experience is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum five years’ experience working in a professional kitchen, including two years of management experience
-Experience with Asian Cuisine, including wok stir-fry and ramen
-A firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards
-Strong organizational and time management skills, along with impeccable attention to detail
-Experience with inventory control and controlled food and labor costs
-Front of House experience
-Kitchen Management experience
