We are seeking an experienced and passionate Private and Special Events Lead to sell and manage private and special events at Music City San Francisco. This role combines leadership and operational excellence with a focus on delivering exceptional customer and guest experiences.

1. Contractor - provide leads for us to close. We will take care of all event logistics and management - Commission-based role
2. Contractor or Employee- managing all aspects of event marketing and sales, logistics, planning and execution of events including day-of onsite management, staffing, catering, entertainment, venue set up and breakdown - Base plus Commission role
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ownership to align with the company’s mission and goals.
Cold call to find event leads and sell them on our space(s), Respond to warm leads in a timely manner, Building tours, Close deals including contract development and execution, Catering (food and beverage), Entertainment needs and logistics, Internal and External Staffing, Venue set-up and breakdown with Venue Manager.
Manage all aspects of Event planning and execution.
Drive and close sales opportunities through marketing initiatives, cold calling and warm lead response.
Manage the event the day of, including venue set up, staffing, food and beverage management, and guest interactions to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience.
Qualifications:
5+ years in the Event space with a full list of contacts for cold call outreach.
Experience in catering menu development, catering team leadership, marketing/sales and business growth.
Strong understanding and experience in Event logistics, development and operations, P&L and growth strategies.
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems, G Suite, and reporting tools.
Proven ability to foster positive team culture and build customer loyalty.
Passion for hospitality and delivering unique Event experiences.
Ability and willingness to work with a sense of urgency, dedication and commitment to getting the job done in a very hands-on and fast paced environment.
