Available Positions:
Line Cook
Execute recipes accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes per established procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
Lead Line Cook
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to manage daily prep and line organization.
Assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
Sous Chef
Lead kitchen operations, managing quality control, inventory, and scheduling.
Oversee food safety standards, HACCP compliance, and kitchen cleanliness.
Train and develop a strong kitchen team, providing clear guidance and feedback.
Qualifications:
Line Cook: Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
Lead Line Cook: Minimum 3 years kitchen experience
Sous Chef: Minimum 3 years kitchen experience with supervisory responsibilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform consistently under pressure
Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Valid California Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
