We are looking for an experienced individual or two person team to live on-site to lead our property which consists of a small hotel and restaurant operations. Roles include managing day to day hotel, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance operations. The candidate should be comfortable with managing and directing all aspects of hotel front office operations, food and beverage FOH and BOH operations to ensure operations are running smoothly and all budget goals are being met. Our ideal candidate has prior experience managing a team, in the hospitality and food & beverage space with a strong background in boutique hotel management and/or food/menu development and execution. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree/or equivalent in a related field, 5+ years of experience in hospitality and food and beverage in a boutique hotel environment, proven track record of managing a team of individuals in a hospitality/food and beverage environment. Candidate must also possess strong leadership, analytical and communication skills and must have proficiency in MS Office/ Outlook and MS Excel (spreadsheets).
