Job: On-Call Line Cook/Prep cooks for Catering Events

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and reliable line cooks and prep cooks to join our team on an on-call basis for catering events and/or during the week event prep. You'll gain valuable experience and work flexible hours to fit your lifestyle and play a key role in preparing and presenting exceptional cuisine for weddings, parties, and more.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the BOH side of catering events
Prepping ingredients and setting up stations
Plating dishes to presentation standards (including garnishing and sauce placement)
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully
Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a catering or restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
