What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute dishes according to the chef's specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
- Work efficiently under pressure while ensuring high-quality food presentation and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fine dining restaurant.
- Availability: Daytime on Tuesdays-Saturdays. Evenings on Holidays.
- Skills: Strong knife handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety knowledge.
- Work Ethic: Ability to stay focused and composed in a high-volume environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and reach overhead.
- Professionalism: Reliable, adaptable, and committed to culinary excellence.
