Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. Your duties will include:
Kitchen Operations & Leadership
✅ Managing all kitchen staff, including ,punctuality , training ,and dress code
✅ Leading pre-shift meetings to ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe kitchen environment
✅ Ensuring that food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards
✅ Troubleshooting kitchen challenges and providing solutions in real time
Food Quality & Safety
✅ Implementing and enforcing food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, ServSafe, etc.)
✅ Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health codes
✅ Monitoring food preparation and portion sizes to control waste and costs
Inventory & Cost Control
✅ Managing inventory,
✅ Tracking food and labor costs, making adjustments to maximize profitability
✅ Reducing waste by implementing proper storage and portioning procedures
Collaboration & Menu Development
✅ Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop and improve menu items
✅ Providing creative input on seasonal menu changes and specials
✅ Training staff on new recipes and plating techniques
What We’re Looking For
️ Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
️ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices
️ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
️ Experience with inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
️ Passion for food, team development, and customer satisfaction
