Located in Warm Spring Plaza Fremont, CA, Mingles Mango is an exciting restaurant serving high quality food including fresh-made soup dumplings, hand-made noodles, and original foods. We are committed to sourcing the finest ingredients, creating products that exceed our high standards and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Full time (FT) 5 days a week.
Part time (PT) 2 days 4 days a week.
We seek professional and energetic individuals who are passionate about food and drink. Qualified candidates should possess a great attention to detail, organization and cleanliness.
Position Opening:
1. Prep cook FT/PT
Requirements:
Ability to work both Fast and Organized
Must be able to work on weekends
Kitchen experience is a plus but not required
Self-motivated and self-directed
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Must have food handler certificate (if not you have 30 days after employment to get your certificate)
Follow sanitation guidelines at all times
Assisting chef in preparing food and helping other team members when needed
2. Server FT/PT
Ability to prioritize
Strong communication skills
Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position
Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning, and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment
Responsive to constructive feedback from management
Must be able to work on weekends
