Hiring for two positions: Line Cook & Kitchen Lead
Position Overview: The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must possess a high level of energy and self-motivation paired with the ability in the organization, cleanliness, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
To lead our service and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality food production.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and grilling processes to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations.
Implement food safety standards and procedures to uphold a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
2- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role; experience in a burger or grill restaurant would be a huge plus.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility to work Thu-Sun evenings (20-30 hrs per week)
