Looking for a passionate and experienced Executive chef to join our team at our Mexican restaurant.
As the executive chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, developing new menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality food and service for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fast paced restaurant environment.
-A deep understanding and appreciation for Mexican and American cuisine.
-A track record of creating innovative and delicious menus that appeal to a diverse clientele.
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage Kitchen staff.
-The ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- A commitment to excellence in all aspects of the culinary experience, from presentation to flavor to service.
- We prefer bilingual candidate who can speak both Spanish and English fluently.
