Little Sky Kitchen seeks an experienced Line Cook for a corporate cafe in Palo Alto. We are hiring for our morning shift, which runs until about 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
This role is responsible for ensuring high quality cafe food gets delivered to customers in a timely and orderly manner. Responsibilities may include:
Preparing all mise en place for service
Assisting with any prep needed
Maintaining a clean, organized station throughout service
Executing all recipes to the highest quality standards
Preparing all orders quickly and accurately
Managing tickets as they come in
Breaking down and cleaning before shift-end
Coming to work with a positive attitude and sense of focus
Little Sky Kitchen is an artisan bakery & cafe based in Menlo Park, specializing in wild yeast fermentation. In 2017, we began making sourdough bread out of a single dutch oven, and since then have expanded our product line to include a variety of naturally leavened breads, pain de mie pastries, a variety of baked goods, and prepared foods. Today, we continue to grow from our four retail locations and more than twenty farmers markets in the Bay Area.

Salary Range: $22/hr to $28/hr (based on experience), plus benefits
