Din Tai Fung is a Chinese restaurant specializing in Xiao Long Bao, or steamed soup dumplings, each made by hand with our “Golden Ratio” of 18 folds. Job Purpose
Line Cooks (Noodle) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all of the noodle line items.
Line Cooks (Steamers) are responsible for steaming the dumplings for the guests, as well as helping support the dumpling team with preparing, assembling, and closing the dumplings.
Line Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all the wok line items.
