The Historic Hotel Utah Saloon is looking for a line/prep cook to round out our small, close-knit team! If you are passionate about cooking and enjoy working in a collaborative supportive environment with opportunity for growth this could be a perfect fit for you. We are a very small staff so we are looking for someone who would thrive in our family-type environment.
Qualifications:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook and Prep Cook
Food Handler card and working knowledge of sanitation standards
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Can do attitude
Ability to self-manage, as majority of the shifts are solo with small overlap
Shifts needed:
Sundays + 2 more shifts during the week
Shifts usually go:
AM 10:30a - 4:30p
PM 4p - 11p
