You need to have effectiveness in the following areas:
Report and support your Store/Assistant Manager
Running shifts successfully
Assist in both BOH and FOH management.
Ability to work weekends in a fast paced environment.
Ability to build trust, assist and lead existing management and staff.
Ensure all aspects of operations are a go for a successful lunch and dinner service.
Demonstrate strong awareness of staff and guest needs and seek to meet them.
Greet guests and manage FOH Floor staff during operational hours (be the face of the restaurant).
Mentor and train new ideas and methods of service.
Consistently provide organizational strength using logical, resourceful problem solving.
Able to resolve issues related to to staff, guest and vendors with clarity and positive attitude.
Successfully manage labor cost during your shifts

Hospitable, welcoming and knowledgeable w/outstanding customer service skills.
Already working as a server or shift supervisor?
Minimum of 2 years in progressive/fast paced concept.
Genuine passion for and knowledge of food, and hospitality.
High Standards of service.
Excellent spoken English.
Essential that you are looking to help the concept and your role grow.
Job Type: Full time and part time available depending on the the candidate.
