Campanella, a vibrant restaurant in the heart of Sebastopol, is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Bartender to join our team. We’re known for our commitment to exceptional service, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room.
- Prepare high-quality beverages with consistency and skill, following Campanella’s established standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on seasonal and creative ideas to keep our beverage program fresh and engaging.
- Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Support and mentor bar staff to uphold Campanella’s service and quality standards.
- Keep the bar atmosphere welcoming, fun, and aligned with our overall guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and place orders efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Schedule & Compensation
- 4 to 5 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends.
