Interviewing for a floor and bar manager to lead a Tavern in Napa
Applicant must understand food and how it pairs with wine and spirits. Will need hands on our spirits program that is thoughtful, fun and a bit crafty. Culinary skills not required, but considered a plus. Global wine knowledge for continuing development of our wine program is advantageous. We require combination of an outgoing personality, great people skills and an intuitive understanding of what service is and how it is achieved.
Candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience as a "hands on" restaurant manager in a fast paced dining atmosphere. Applicant needs to possess talent for developing high levels of guest service and employee relations, while keeping it light hearted and fun. Must be organized, analytical, focused, and hold strong understanding of restaurants financials.
