Greens Restaurant, a SF Chronicle Bay Area Top Vegetarian & Classic restaurant, is hiring for host positions.

Led by nationally acclaimed chefs, Greens Restaurant has become one of the most celebrated restaurants in the world.

The hosts at Greens are responsible for managing the flow of guests in the dining room to maximize seating and ensure guest satisfaction. The hosts are the first people that the guests see when they walk through the door. Greeting guests and seating them promptly in a friendly, above & beyond manner is one of the most important duties in the restaurant.

Other duties include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entryway

- Manage OpenTable and control flow of service

- Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner

- Work with a team spirit and have strong communication with staff, managers, and guests

- Arrange the dining room to accommodate everyone

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies

- Go above & beyond to meet guests' needs

Please be sure you are:

- able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule. (Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.)

- hard-working, an excellent team player, and willing to learn and grow daily.

- calm under pressure and positive about challenges.
