About Horsefeather:
A casual neighborhood cocktail gathering place, with an adeptly designed interior loosely inspired by the American arts and crafts period. Featuring a well executed list of cocktails with fresh ingredients, house made syrups and showcasing new American food offerings that are fluid, diverse and eclectic, offering full meals and shareable plates inspired by all cuisines and cultures.
About the position:
Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests seated at the bar as well as fulfilling orders placed by the serving staff. Bartenders must maintain consistent cleanliness of their station as well as ensuring the bar is presentable at all times. Our cocktail menu can be complex for the novice bartender. While applicants should be experienced working with fast paced cocktail driven programs, a willingness to learn is a top priority.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a warm, positive, and outgoing individual, with a strong passion and willingness to learn about our food and beverage program. Someone who exudes excellent people skills, and a true desire to work well with others. We seek a master multitasker who is detail oriented and comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years prior serving experience in a fast paced restaurant / bar
Experience with popular POS systems (Toast preferred)
Current California Food Handlers Card
Valid RBS certificate
Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write)
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, serve for an extended period of time
