Hook & Line is a fun and lively modern seafood eatery in downtown Santa Cruz. The restaurant provides a unique take on responsibly sourced seafood, with an ingredient-driven menu created by the celebrated Chef Santos Majano. Our beverage program showcases small production spirits, seasonal cocktails, craft beers, and organic and biodynamic wines produced with minimal intervention.

Requirements:
- Passion for food, with a desire to learn more about sustainable food and beverage practices
-At least one year of recent experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred
-Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think quickly on your feet
-Have a flexible schedule, weekend availability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new things
